Vẫn là món cá viên chiên bình thường nhưng hôm nay làm thêm chén sốt me chua chấm cùng ăn cực kì hấp dẫn đấy nhé! Mới nói tới đây thôi chắc cũng có vài người "nhỏ nước miếng" rồi thôi thì ngại gì không cùng mình bắt tay vào làm ngay nào.
Đầu tiên bạn chuẩn bị phần me: 3 vắt me chua bạn cho ra tô rồi cho từ từ 150ml nước sôi vào tán nhuyễn cho me ra hết nước (có thể lược qua rây để bỏ hột). Tỏi và hành tím lột vỏ, rửa sạch rồi đem băm nhuyễn.
Cá viên mua về bạn rã đông để khi chiên ít vị văng dầu nhé. Lá dứa rửa thật sạch, để ráo rồi cột bó lại. Sau đó bạn bắc chảo lên bếp cho dầu ăn vào và đợi nóng, thả lá dứa vào trước và đảo đều để dầu chiên có mùi thơm hơn nha!
Bắc chảo dầu lên bếp, đun sôi. Lần lượt bỏ từng mẻ cá viên vào chiên đến khi vàng và phồng đẹp thì vớt ra rây để ráo dầu.
Tiếp đến làm phần nước sốt me thôi: Bắc chảo lên bếp bạn cho ít dầu ăn vào khử ngay phần tỏi băm cho thơm, sau đó cho thêm hành tím vào đảo đến khi vàng thì cho nước sốt me vào đảo đến khi sôi.
Bạn nêm vào phần nước sốt 50gr đường, 2 muỗng canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng canh tương ớt, 1/2 muỗng canh hạt nêm rồi đảo thật đều, nêm nếm lại lần nữa xem đã hợp khẩu vị chưa. Nếu đã đủ vị mặn mặn chua chua thì cho ít ngò rí băm vào và tắt bếp là xong.
