Món salad cá ngừ dễ làm và hợp với khẩu vị của nhiều người. Đây là món ăn dành cho người bận rộn hay ăn kiêng. Không cần cầu kì nhưng chúng ta có thể hoàn thành một món ăn đầy dinh dưỡng.
Rửa sạch tất cả nguyên liệu. Thường mình sẽ chuẩn bị trước nguyên liệu rồi để lạnh. Khi dùng thì bắt đầu làm vì salad dùng lạnh theo mình thì ngon và tươi hơn.
Ngâm hành tây vào nước cho bớt hăng. Cát lát. Sau đó ngâm vào chén giấm đã chuẩn bị.
Cho cá ngừ đóng hộp ra tô. Thêm gia vị tiêu, sốt mayonnaise và nặn 1 lát chanh đã chuẩn bị vào, dầm nát rồi trộn đều tay.
Cắt ngang các lá xà lách. Cà chua cắt hạt lựu. Dưa leo cát lát. Vớt phần hành tây ngâm cho vào hỗn hợp. Cuối cùng cho hết phần cá ngừ đã chế biến lên mặt.
Trang trí thêm bằng tương ớt và mayonnaise cho thêm bắt mắt. Trộn đều lên khi dùng nha các bạn.
